Update
Progress Update.
The construction progress at El Olam Residency Migaa has been significant. Since breaking ground in May 2023, work has been underway on three units. The structures are now complete, with both external and internal plasterwork finished, and roofing currently in progress. Landscaping of the development began in December 2023, and excavation for the remaining six units started in February 2024. As a result of the significant rainfall we encountered in the latter part of last year, we expect to finish the entire development project by November 2024.

We are dedicated to completing the show house, offering you an opportunity to experience luxurious living experience. Currently, internal finishing, including skimming and gypsum work in the living room, is complete. Cladding and landscaping activities are ongoing. In the second week of March, we will commence tile work, door installation, wardrobe fitting, kitchen cabinet installation, and electrical work.
